#1 Propping up Windows

Inspired by this I'm going to submit a few of the programs I use to make my Windows life easier.
Please, no Firefox or change browsers comments, because we all know the arguments backwards and forwards.
Also, no utility sets such as Tuneup or Systemmechanic, again, we know them, this is about small quirky things that help you get through the day.
I'll start off with BSPlayer, one of the better video playing programs, small lean interface, very good movie watching windows(allways on Top rocks), good audio controls. Its drawbacks is lack of randomised play.
Second is TreeSize, a good program for finding out whats taking up room in your HD.
Picasa, just an awesome image viewing program and organiser, from Google. Can I mention its slideshow is completly awesome? Lets you play music while watching it. I'm sure I don't even need to mention the use of that.
My last program of the day is VentSrv, the Ventrilo Server utility, setting up a server is one click, joining your client is another click, great for "we need to talk? Now" instances.
