FASA DECLARES EARTHDAWN 4TH EDITION, GAMERS THROW MONEY AT THEM

As some of you may know by now Earthdawn is one of my favorite settings and systems. More balanced then DnD, crazier then most modern games and with more magic then you can shake a stick at. It was the first fantasy system I saw where every class had some amazing shit and where the setting had a perfectly good reason as to why there were manics wondering the Earth looking to get rich by underground looting and monster slaying.

Plus you could be a Troll, lizardman or a dude made of rocks. And get your eyeballs sucked out of your head by a thing from beyond the very reaches of sanity and hope. Good times! Good times!

The kickstarter has been funded with over 20 days left to go, so it's all gravy now folks.

Definitely supporting this.

It's at 85,000+, we've got the Elven book, and it's looking good for the Questors book too!

This makes me happy to see. Earthdawn is both a setting and a gameplay system I've really grown to like, and I'm glad to support the developers in continuing the game.

$88,000 and growing. They've just made a post about casters and matrices, too.

And the Questor's book tier has now been unlocked. With only a few hours to go now, check your pledges, ladies and gentlemen - you shall get many books if you're in on this.

Technically, it hasn't yet, they just had an update explaining what happens when it does. That said, $97,000 + right now with seven hours left.

NOW it has hit $100,000 and unlocked the Questor book. There's a new update as well.
