Re: The Old Republic

Well, finally completed all of the class stories yesterday. I would rate them, in order from most liked to least liked, Jedi Knight, Imperial Agent, Sith Warrior, Smuggler, Bounty Hunter, Trooper, Jedi Consular, Sith Inquisitor. Personally I'd rate the BH and Trooper above the Warrior, but out of t...

::shrugs:: You have your feelings on the matter, I had mine. If I level another BH I may do it differently.

As far as what people say in General chat... they'll say ANYTHING. Especially on the fleet. Dear lord.

Yeah... I didn't do that.
Spoiler: show
I was so irritated with the Chancellor by that point that, being light-side, I froze him in carbonite and took him back to Darth Tormen.

My guild has been doing TFB SM the past few weeks, too... I got my first look at TFB HM last night with another guild, knocked down 4/5 bosses.

It's quite a change.

Re: His Majesty's Dragons: World at War

Jimmy and Faust were searching a bit of a distance towards the west when Captain Wainwright's radio message came through, and the pair turned towards the south and east immediately, bearing towards where Alacritas circled. Before long the dragon and captain on the ground came into view. "Captain Can...

Re: His Majesty's Dragons: World at War

Faust and Jimmy were flying in slow circles while Judith and Jeb checked on Kunja and Jake. When Captain Eisenhauer's radio message came through, the captain urged his dragon up into the air, the pair joining the search for the unknown dragon. Faust was flying slower now, conserving his strength as ...

Quick question before I post - which enemy dragons are still there? You said Kaltur's Bavarian is still there, but if so, which one did the second Swabian pick up?

Re: His Majesty's Dragons: World at War

Jimmy breathed a sigh of relief as Albatros and the other Germans bugged out. He and Faustus certainly would've given it their all, but he wasn't sure at all that they were ready for such an opponent. The injured Bonetail slowed now that he had a moment to relax, his captain peering over his side at...

Re: Is Peter Parker stuck playing Peter Pan?

I don't know exactly what's changed since then, but have you read the "Big Time" storyline? He actually got a job working for Horizon, a big science outfit, and has proceeded to invent many things with applications both for Spider-man and real-world use.

That movie was INCREDIBLE. Tons of fan-service moments that fit in perfectly. I wasn't expecting it to be three hours long, but I'm damn glad it was.

Re: His Majesty's Dragons: World at War

The sight of the Red Baron gave Jimmy pause. Everyone knew that painted hide. Faustus didn't miss a beat, however, pushing forward strongly at the sight of the enemy. Even Jeb's roar of challenge didn't slow the Bonetail, although the dragon did suppress a wince at the sound. Captain Cannon patted h...

I have a Republic Commando, too. I got him to level 21 when I realized the Bounty Hunter animations were way cooler (except for the flamethrower/Ion Pulse) and rolled Obansik, and took him straight to 50. :-)

So, I just played through all the endings, and personally, I like what they did with it. We actually know what happens now and can see a clear difference between the endings. The Refusal ending is a nice addition, too - particularly the way I accidentally triggered it (shooting at the Starchild). In...

Re: His Majesty's Dragons: World at War

Never one to turn down orders from a more experienced flier, Faustus closed up with Jebediah, the pair moving to reduce the wind resistance for the exhausted and injured Alacritas. Jimmy was already flattened out as much as possible on the red dragon's neck, making sure he wasn't slowing his friend ...
