Sweet.

I wonder how they avoided damage from getting hit on the bottom of their body. Wouldn't their internal organs be awfully squishy without a ribcage to protect them? Or am I missing something?

I don't have the sourcebooks or the extensive knowledge it would take to run one of these things, but I've a mind to try to get into the universe.

Anyone share a desire to get one going?

This is quite nifty. Pity they're not better-adapted to walking on two legs; I'd imagine that would do more to encourage the spread of tool use.

As far as I can see, taking something without the owner's permission is wrong if you deprive the rightful owner of property or compensation.
